PROCESSING TIME FOR BUNDLES IS 5-8 BUSINESS DAYS
Because Crowned by Nique operates on a pre-order system, the processing time includes the time for your payment to fully process, your hair to be ordered and received from the vendor, and for the hair to be inspected for quality assurance before being packaged and sent to you.
PROCESSING TIME FOR WIGS IS 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS
Because Crowned by Nique wigs are custom made by order, the processing time includes the time for your payment to fully process, for your hair to be ordered, received from the vendor and inspected for quality assurance, and for the unit to be constructed by hand and/or colored and styled before being packaged and sent to you.
While every attempt is made to remain up-to-date with inventory, there will be some times when we find out that an item is out of stock after you place your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to an item being out of stock, we will notify you immediately and process a refund.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19. Shipping will also be delayed during federal holidays. Crowned by Nique has no control over shipping arrival times once the package is with the delivery carrier. Crowned by Nique is also not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you face this issue, please contact your local post office.
