WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Bundles: 5-8 business days processing; 2-4 business days shipping
Wigs: 10-15 business days processing; 2-4 business days shipping

HOW MANY BUNDLES DO I NEED?

Recommended number of bundles if a closure or frontal is included:

• 10-14” – 2-3 bundles

• 16-20” – 3 bundles

• 22-26” – 3-4 bundles

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY HAIR/WIG?

• Hair should be washed or co-washed at minimum once every two weeks and deep conditioned once or twice a month 

• Hair should be washed with a mild or moisturizing shampoo and moisturizing conditioner. Straight and body wave hair can be washed with a smoothing shampoo to help tame frizz and promote a sleek look.

  • Recommended shampoo: Suave moisturizing shampoo and Suave smoothing shampoo

  • Recommended conditioner: Aussie moist 7 in 1 conditioner; silicon mix deep conditioner

  • Co-washing is the process of washing your hair with conditioner only.

• When washing/styling hair, comb from ends to root to minimize tangling and shedding. This also helps work any product through.

  • Paddle brush or wide tooth comb is recommended

• If bleaching hair, it is recommended to do a strand test first. 20-30 vol developer is recommended and bleach should not sit on hair for longer than 30 minutes to minimize damage. For best results, consult a professional.

• Most importantly, TREAT THE HAIR LIKE IT IS YOUR HAIR! Do not do anything to it that you would not do to your real hair.
